In 2015, we built the first and the only 5- star deluxe forest resort and spa of Mahabaleshwar, Le Meridien. In 2003, Bramha Suncity, the first hi-tech residential community of Pune was built and F-Residences, the world’s first fashion condos marked the new age residential apartments in 2012.
