We built the first ever lifestyle club of Pune, the Residency Club in 1991 followed by the first premium 5 star hospitality brand of Pune, The Sheraton Grand, formerly known as Le Meridien, in 1999 . In 2015, we built the first and the only 5- star deluxe forest resort and spa of Mahabaleshwar, Le Meridien. In 2003, Bramha Suncity, the first hi-tech residential community of Pune was built and F-Residences, the world’s first fashion condos marked the new age residential apartments in 2012.
